About Danielle
Meet your therapist
My name is Danielle Parrill, and I started Iris Bridge Therapy to help people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
Throughout our journey in life, we often feel stuck in negative emotions and negative beliefs that affect how we see ourselves and prevent us from becoming the person we know we can be. My goal is to help clients identify the negative thoughts that are keeping us stuck and replace them with true and positive beliefs.
Danielle’s licenses are:
- Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)
- Addiction Counselor Candidate (ADDC)
- Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC)
- SYMBIS Certified
- Prepare-Enrich Certified
- MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Denver Seminary
My approach to counseling is integrative and holistic. I utilize and combine different approaches to meet the needs of each client. A few common approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Motivational Interviewing.

“The first step to pursue counseling can be intimidating, but it is through knowing ourselves more that you find meaning, purpose, and freedom.”
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 young adult sons. I love spending time with friends, exercising, reading and singing. My commitment is to listen with compassion, ask intentional questions, encourage you and provide the tools you need to move forward.
